Ashtanga yoga (or the 8 limbs of yoga), is a form of Hatha yoga that involves synchronizing the breath with movement. The flow combined with the breath produces internal heat which purifies and detoxifies the body. Learn how to purify your body through the breath (victorious ujjayi), energy locks (bandas), postures (asanas), sun salutations and vinyasas (flow movements to maintain heat in the body)
