In this 6-week Yin Yoga series, we will explore openers and restorative postures that will create the environment to come back to balance and equilibrium. In Yin, we stay in postures for about 3-5 minutes, allowing for deep stretching, access to the fascia tissues and restoration. We will offer a safe space in which to explore the Yin Zone and your mind and body.

Yin Yoga focuses on deep stretches and long holds in order to help us iron out all the knots and kinks in the connective tissues, allowing us to get closer to the bone.
